Panini de luxe

„Il mondo dei Panini“, ECE Thier Center, Dortmund

Berner placed a charming Italian snack and coffee bar at the Dortmund ECE Center in between noble boutiques. On what is most likely the smallest space with a mere 38 m², a typical Italian-style trattoria was realised which impresses with a patina that exudes a typical chic and warmth. Great care was applied in choosing the materials and technology as well as the food concept, which has been warmly welcomed by the patrons, creating highly satisfied faces amongst the team of "il mondo dei PANINI".

The vision: a trattoria operated by the third generation was successfully implemented. It has quickly become a model of success and in the near future is to be realised at additional locations.
